Kevin Bordeaux was born and grew up in a small town called Turkey, NC. Kevin was radically
saved at age 19 from a life of drugs and alcohol. After being saved Kevin started a Christian punk
rock band called, "The Combat Junkies." He wrote songs, booked tours and managed the band.
In 2003 Kevin accepted the challenge and call of ministry in the church. He went to Emmanuel
College in Franklin Springs, GA and married Dianna Lievano in May 2006. He has a B.A in
Christian Ministries and a Masters in Leadership. He authored his first book, Taking the Next
Step, in 2007. Dianna has a B.S in Biology and is pursuing a masters as a Physician Assistant.
Pastor Kevin and his wife have a desire to equip leaders.

Hi, it is great that you have visited our website. I hope you will take time to join us soon. God is
doing great things in our midst. We are a group of people that desire God's power and glory to
change our lives. The Well is a place where you can find refreshing and empowerment. We are
not "church as usual."

Our Story:

Our Plan:

Our story is like any other. It is unique, strange and inspiring. Kevin and Dianna received the call to start a new church in Port
Saint Lucie, FL in 2003. After months of fasting, praying and discussing, they decided that is where the Lord would have
them start. Like the disciples and the Apostle Paul they also had to have a time of waiting, shaping and training. Since that
call they have help plant 2 churches, served as associate in 3 churches and earned their bachelors degrees from
Emmanuel College. While at Emmanuel College they met several couples who accepted the call to help start this new
church. Jim and Mary Burgoon, with their daughter Gabrielle, began to meet on campus and help Kevin and Dianna. Jim and
Mary served in the youth ministry in GA as leaders and youth pastors. Kevin met Phil and Dawn at a previous church he
worked at. After leaving, Kevin did not see Phil and Dawn for about 2 years. During a class at Emmanuel College one day
Phil heard the vision and immediately started praying. In 2007 Phil and Dawn moved down to PSL in order to help start the
process. Kevin worked with Brandon Floyd and Kris Nyquist in youth ministry. These two dynamic men of God felt called also
to help start a new work.
Kevin received the vision for the name of this church on his honeymoon with his wife Dianna. God spoke to him and told him
to turn to John chapter 4. That night God gave him the vision for "The Well." The Well was a place a woman came, found
hope, turned her life to Christ and then went back into her city and shook her city up for God. That is story behind the name
"The Well." Our motto is: "The Well Carries You Deeper..."
Our story is still being written. We are starting core group meetings now and raising funds. Come be a part of this unique,
strange and inspiring story!

Our Plan is simple. To see Port Saint Lucie changed for the glory of God.
Here is how we plan to do it. We are praying for a large group of core people who are sold out on the fact that they are called
to reach PSL.
1) Phase 1: Build a Strong Core Team that Feels Called to Be Founding Members of The Well Community Church
2) Phase 2: Start having Preview Services on Sunday Mornings that Lead to a "Launch" Service.
3) Phase 3: Prepare a Huge Launch Service for the Community.

Our Staff: Jim Burgoon (youth and children)

Jim Burgoon was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. Jim was saved about 6 years ago at the
age of 25. He has a Bachelors of Science in Christian Ministries from Emmanuel College and is
currently pursuing a Masters of Ministry in Leadership from Southwestern Christian University. He
is scheduled to graduate in May 2010. Jim is married to Mary Burgoon who is currently a middle
school science teacher at NAU Charter School in Port Saint Lucie, FL. She earned her degree
from Emmanuel College also. They have a beautiful daughter, Gabrielle, who will turn 4 years old
in February.
Pastor Jim has a desire to raise the next generation to become leaders. He hungers for the
prophetic word of God to be released to this generation.

Our Staff: Phil Mastronardi (administration)

Phil Mastronardi was born and raised for the most part in New York. He was saved
while attending Emmanuel College. He has an Associates in General Education.
Phil covers all the administrative areas of The Well. He takes care of the financial
end of things as well as helps with hospitality and follow up.
Phil desires to help bring order and excellence to the Church.

We also have nickname for him: Minister of G.C.D. (Getting Crap Done)
